Pick n Pay South Africa (Sainsbury's/Tesco/Asda equivalents). Leading a team of Food Stylists, Photographers and Assistants, we managed the creative expectations and logistics of delivering up to 60 high-end packaging images in two weeks for the BBQ own-brand launch.

Pick n Pay South Africa (Sainsbury's/Tesco/Asda equivalents). Leading a team of Food Stylists, Photographers and Assistants, we managed the creative expectations and logistics of delivering up to 80 high-end packaging images in a single week for Deli own-brand launches.

Part of the team that redefined the Nando’s Global Visual Identity, an initiative that won a Loerie Grand Prix. We developed the photography styling language and engineered the Worldwide Styling Kit - a bespoke 600kg toolkit dispatched to six global regions to ensure brand consistency.

Over a 15-year partnership with Woolworths (M&S. Waitrose equivalent), I designed the Back of Pack information system guidelines for over 6,000 SKUs. I also led the production of the Good Food Journey in-store bulkhead visuals, creating a library of 140 images and a 10-step automated workflow to scale imagery for stores up to 120 metres in length.

Managed the Sasko repackaging rollout of over 50 SKUs across various formats, including Flexo print for plastic and paper. (a Premier Foods/Hovis equivalent). This high-pressure project moved from final artwork brief to shelf in six weeks, contributing to over 60% sales growth in the months following launch.

Led a comprehensive rebranding for this South African heritage canned fish brand (John West equivalent). This involved modernising the iconic logo and establishing a new visual identity based on four strategic pillars, including commissioning unique illustrations and a full-suite design system.
